Senior Channel Manager (Mutual Funds)

About the role

AB Global's Shanghai office is hiring a Senior Channel Manager (AVP level) in its sales department, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. The role covers business liaison with third-party distribution channels, including new channel expansion, new product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as business liaison with third-party distribution channels, covering new channel expansion, new product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Support the operation of online channels, enhance product competitiveness and improve client satisfaction.
• Foster cooperation with external platforms such as fund investment advisory services to increase allocation of products by professional investors.
• Undertake other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in economics, finance, management and related fields are preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in the mutual fund or asset management industry, including at least 3 years in e-commerce business and third-party channel sales.
• Familiarity with mutual fund products and the business procedures of third-party channels, with solid professionalism and business development capability.
• High level of compliance awareness, familiarity with industry regulations and regulatory requirements, and commitment to conduct business in full compliance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, together with strong data analysis and written communication abilities.
