Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end digital marketing operations, focusing on social media, community management and integrated digital strategy. The role will drive brand growth, user engagement and business conversion through robust planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, covering brand promotion, user acquisition, retention and conversion.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing data monitoring system, track core indicators, conduct regular analysis and optimize initiatives based on data insights.
• Coordinate multi‑channel digital campaigns, ensuring consistent brand tone and maximizing overall digital influence.
• Prepare regular performance reports, present analysis conclusions and optimization recommendations to business teams.
• Manage external marketing vendors, oversee screening, task allocation, progress supervision and quality assessment to support WeChat operations and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business teams to align marketing rhythms and achieve overall targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional digital marketing experience with full‑cycle strategy and execution.
• Experience in a 4A advertising agency is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in the WeChat ecosystem and community operation, including official account content, fan growth and traffic monetization.
