职位概况

负责公司内部服务器集群的规划、运维与持续优化，构建符合医疗质量体系的CI/CD流水线，搭建全链路监控与关键服务平台，保障系统高可用与安全。

主要职责

规划、部署并持续优化自建服务器集群。
基于 GitLab CI 与 Jenkins 设计并实现符合 ISO 13485 的 CI/CD 流水线。
构建 Prometheus、Grafana、ELK 等监控、日志与告警体系，实现全链路可观测。
负责 Conan、Nexus、Docker Registry 等关键服务的高可用、高性能与安全管理。

任职要求

3 年以上 DevOps 或 SRE 工作经验，熟悉 Linux 系统、网络与存储。
熟悉企业内部研发工具链的自建、运维与管理。
具备 GitLab CI/CD 与 Jenkins 流水线设计经验，能够从零搭建或大规模重构。
具备扎实的脚本编写能力（Python / Shell），对系统化、质量与安全有高要求。
