职位概况

我们正在招聘具备3年以上DevOps或SRE经验的工程师，负责公司内部服务器集群的规划、运维与持续优化，支持研发团队的日常需求。

主要职责

  • 规划、运维并持续优化公司内部自建服务器集群。
  • 基于GitLab CI和Jenkins设计并实现符合ISO 13485等医疗质量体系的高度自动化CI/CD流水线。
  • 建立覆盖物理服务器、虚拟化、容器及上层应用的全链路监控、日志与告警体系（如Prometheus、Grafana、ELK），提前感知风险，保障系统稳定。
  • 负责Conan、Nexus、Docker Registry（或Hub）等关键服务的高可用、高性能与安全性。

任职要求

  • 3年以上DevOps或SRE工作经验，熟悉Linux系统、网络及存储。
  • 熟悉企业内部研发工具链的自建、运维和管理。
  • 熟悉GitLab CI/CD和Jenkins流水线设计，具备从零搭建或大规模重构经验者优先。
  • 具备出色的脚本能力（Python/Shell），拥有系统化思维并对质量、安全有高追求。
