DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of our enterprise‑level DevOps processes. The role bridges development and operations, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable delivery of software services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑level DevOps strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote a DevOps culture, fostering collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Automate infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) using Infrastructure as Code.
• Monitor and maintain production performance, guaranteeing high availability and security.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead technology selection and introduce new tools to enhance DevOps practices.
• Provide training and guidance to uplift the team’s technical capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• More than 5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or full‑stack engineering within large‑scale systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java or Ruby.
• Deep knowledge of Linux operating system, networking and I/O troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands‑on expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and configuration‑management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS and Alibaba Cloud services (S3, EC2, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS).
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code, cloud‑native deployments and monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
