Deployment Specialist – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

The Deployment Specialist is responsible for planning and executing inline range deployments across distribution centres (DCs) and 3PL warehouses. This role ensures that inventory is allocated efficiently to meet B2B and B2C demand while adhering to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deployment operations in the relevant system, aligning with DC storage capacity and operational plans.
• Assign the optimal DC to customers, stores, or consumers at the lowest cost while meeting service targets.
• Analyse demand forecasts for wholesale, retail, and e‑commerce channels and monitor supply status.
• Communicate planning updates and project handling to DC operational teams.
• Review and improve DC floor operations to maximise equipment and personnel utilisation.
• Provide structured feedback to IT on system issues and enhancements.
• Set performance targets, identify training needs, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain and operations management.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Excellent communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, strategic, and capable of working independently under pressure.
