职位概况
负责在非道路移动设备上开发控制算法与系统软件，协同感知模块实现感知‑决策‑控制闭环，推动方案从虚拟仿真到真实设备落地。
主要职责
- 开发部署在非道路移动设备上的控制算法与系统软件；
- 与感知模块协作，实现完整的闭环控制；
- 参与系统建模、仿真、测试及调试，完成从虚拟环境到真实设备的迁移；
- 跟踪运动控制前沿技术（如ROS2、路径规划），持续优化系统性能。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，控制工程、机电工程、机器人、电子信息等相关专业；
- 熟练掌握C/C++，具备Linux和嵌入式系统开发经验；
- 掌握动力学、路径规划或运动控制算法，拥有Matlab/Simulink仿真经验；
- 有ROS1/ROS2、Gazebo、Pybullet使用经验者优先；
- 具备移动设备自动化项目经验或熟悉电液系统控制者加分。
