职位概况
负责苏州地区变频器（DC）产品的销售工作，制定并执行销售策略，提升区域业绩，实现公司增长目标。
主要职责
- 开展区域内变频器的市场推广与销售活动。
- 制定并落实销售计划，完成增长指标。
- 维护并拓展客户资源，提升客户满意度。
- 建立并管理合作伙伴网络，推动生态体系发展。
- 与内部团队及合作伙伴协作，开拓重点行业新客户。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，自动化、电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
- 3-5年工业自动化领域销售经验，熟悉OEM客户。
- 了解变频器及驱动业务模式。
- 积极主动，沟通能力佳，具备抗压能力。
必备技能
- 变频器产品知识。
- 驱动技术了解。
