职位概况
负责深圳地区变频器（DC）产品的销售工作，制定并执行销售策略，推动业务增长。
主要职责
- 负责区域内变频器的销售活动，完成销售增长指标。
- 开发和维护客户资源，提升收入。
- 建立并维护合作伙伴网络及生态体系。
- 与团队及合作伙伴协作，开拓重点行业新客户。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，自动化、电气工程或机电一体化等专业优先。
- 3-5年工业自动化市场销售经验，熟悉OEM客户。
- 了解变频器及驱动业务模式。
- 积极主动，沟通能力佳，具备抗压能力。
