Cyber Manager

About the role

The Cyber Manager will lead the evaluation and implementation of cybersecurity processes for complex industrial systems. This position works closely with pre‑sales, testing, and customer‑service teams to ensure compliance with international standards and to drive innovative security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform evaluations of processes, systems and components according to IEC 62443, ECUCC and CRA.
• Provide consultancy and evaluation services based on ETSI EN 303 645 and ETSI EN 304‑6xx.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities and project implementation.
• Support the testing manager in developing new test methods and standards.
• Ensure correct application of technical procedures and standards by engineering teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Manage relationships with subcontracting laboratories.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Support customer services and sales during client visits.

Required profile

• Graduate engineer (Master or Bachelor of Sciences) with knowledge in industrial computing, control & command, and embedded software.
• More than 7 years of experience in cybersecurity of complex systems.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
• Team spirit, strong synthesis capability, and willingness to find innovative solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards: EUCC, CRA, IEC 62443, ISO 2700x, NIST, ANSSI.
• Experience with ETSI EN 303 645 and ETSI EN 304‑6xx.
• Expertise in industrial computing, control and command systems, and embedded software.
