Customer Support Representative – Shanghai

About the role

As a Customer Support Representative in Shanghai, you will be the friendly voice that turns customer challenges into success stories. You will work within TI's Customer Support Center, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries using internal systems and document each interaction.
• Analyze data to identify and resolve discrepancies between TI and its customers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to tackle complex problems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and support metrics.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on support activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center or customer‑support environment.
• Strong written English skills; oral proficiency preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
