About the role
The Customer Replenishment Analyst is responsible for ensuring product availability at customer locations. This role monitors inventory levels, analyses supply‑chain data, and works closely with internal teams to address any gaps, thereby supporting seamless replenishment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at customer sites.
- Analyse supply‑chain data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee product availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
