Customer Acceptance & Delivery Manager

About the role

The Customer Acceptance & Delivery Manager (CADM) leads the multi‑functional team responsible for delivering aircraft fleets to airline customers and lessors on time, with quality and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead risk management for each aircraft’s technical status and industrial planning throughout the delivery phase.
• Make the Go/No‑Go decision at hand‑over and trigger recovery actions when needed.
• Support the Final Assembly Line on major technical issues and propose balanced solutions.
• Escalate critical delivery blockers to executive level and ensure continuity of the Fulfill Customer Order process.
• Provide accurate, timely information to customers and coordinate regular status meetings.
• Balance delivery milestones with company financial targets and inventory considerations.
• Collect Customer Satisfaction Improvement Performance (CSIP) feedback and lead post‑delivery reviews.
• Maintain a feedback loop with Customer Service for in‑service issues and drive continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams in aircraft delivery or similar aerospace projects.
• Strong decision‑making ability, especially for Go/No‑Go milestones.
• Excellent stakeholder management with customers, suppliers and internal functions.
• Ability to analyse technical, industrial and certification risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Experience in managing post‑delivery customer satisfaction feedback and improvement actions.
