About the role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking advanced‑degree candidates to join its Greater China consulting teams on a full‑time basis. You will work on high‑impact projects that reshape businesses, governments and societies across Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Taipei and other locations.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges.
Conduct research, analysis and develop strategic recommendations.
Present findings and actionable plans to senior client stakeholders.
Travel to client sites domestically and internationally as project needs dictate.

Required profile

Advanced degree (PhD, MD, JD or equivalent) from a North‑American campus.
Graduation date between November 2026 and September 2027.
Fluency in both Chinese and English.
Interest in a full‑time consulting career with BCG Greater China offices.
