作为值班主管，您将通过领导力推动门店业务发展，打造差异化的顾客体验，确保店铺运营顺畅。

主要职责

培训与发展团队成员，提升服务水平。
维护顾客体验，处理顾客需求与投诉。
沟通协调，确保店铺陈列与销售区域符合标准。
监督营业现场，执行开店、闭店流程。
落实资产保护政策，控制损耗。

任职要求

至少一年零售或顾客服务经验。
具备良好的职业道德和果断性。
注重细节，具备分析能力。
适应性强，能灵活处理多任务。
能够在压力下保持工作效率。
