About the role
Boston Consulting Group is seeking full‑time consultants with an advanced degree to join its Greater China offices. Candidates graduating between November 2026 and September 2027 from North‑American campuses will work on strategic projects across Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Taipei.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior consultants and industry experts on client engagements that drive transformation and growth.
- Conduct data‑driven analysis, develop strategic recommendations, and present findings to client leadership.
- Travel to client sites domestically and internationally as required to support project delivery.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and develop expertise in specific industry or functional areas.
Required profile
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, JD or equivalent) from a North‑American university.
- Graduation date between November 2026 and September 2027.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
