Compliance Manager – International Regulatory Compliance

About the role
Temu is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its global legal and compliance team. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance across Temu’s key international markets as the company continues its rapid global expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Lead international regulatory compliance initiatives and manage related work streams.
- Support cross‑functional teams with internal reviews, external engagements, and compliance research.
- Draft correspondence, conduct research, and manage projects tied to ongoing compliance efforts.
- Maintain high integrity and responsibility while completing all assigned tasks.
Required profile
- Background in international relations, political science, law, business or economics.
- Experience in a similar role at an advisory firm or technology company, preferably with client‑facing exposure.
- Familiarity with regulatory matters and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
