About the role
The Compliance Manager (FCC) will ensure the bank adheres to the latest financial crime compliance laws, regulations and internal policies in China. This role involves monitoring compliance across business lines, managing AML/CTF frameworks, and delivering training and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up the latest development of FCC laws, regulations, and rules, ensuring bank compliance.
- Monitor and review compliance of FCC policies and procedures across business lines and internal control departments.
- Manage the anti‑money laundering and combating financing of terrorism framework.
- Identify and evaluate FCC risks.
- Perform FCC‑related testing and analysis of escalated alerts.
- Complete internal and external FCC reports.
- Deliver FCC training and handle related projects.
- Coordinate FCC tasks at the China level and other assigned duties.
