About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is seeking an enthusiastic Commis to join the MIO Kitchen team. Reporting directly to the Chef de Partie, the Commis will support daily kitchen operations and contribute to the high‑standard culinary experience expected by our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and plating dishes in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Support ongoing skill development by actively learning new techniques and recipes.
- Demonstrate personal accountability for actions and their impact on guests and team members.
