职位概况
负责水疗中心泳池及活力池的安全与卫生，确保客人在安全、整洁的环境中享受服务。
主要职责
- 在紧急情况下担任专业救援者，保障客人安全。
- 监测并保持泳池、活力池的化学药剂水平。
- 非营业时间清洁泳池及活力池，保持工作区域整洁。
- 协助水疗前台、零售区、休息区、热力设施、更衣室、健身中心等部门的日常运营。
- 报告设备异常，维护设施库存，参加例会及培训。
- 保持更衣室、卫生间、淋浴、休闲区、治疗套房等区域的清洁卫生。
任职要求
- 遵循部门培训师制定的标准与流程。
- 具备良好的个人仪容仪表和卫生习惯。
- 能够礼貌、专业地回答客人关于水疗和酒店的相关问题。
- 具备适应性，能够承担分配的各项工作。
必备技能
- 泳池化学水平监测能力。
- 泳池清洁与维护技能。
