主要职责

监督夜间前台、客房及安保等部门的工作。
处理客人投诉和突发事件。

任职要求

2年以上值班经理或夜班管理经验。
具备良好的专业形象和待客礼仪。
优秀的执行力、应变能力和时间管理能力。
高度的责任感和严谨的工作作风。
有洲际集团或奢华酒店工作经验者优先。

必备技能

酒店运营管理经验。
