Cloud Platform Engineer (English Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer who is fluent in English to join our growing team. The role focuses on designing, building, and operating Azure‑based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of our global applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Azure IaaS and PaaS resources using Terraform modules.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve incidents on Azure services via ServiceNow, meeting SLA targets.
• Create and update environment diagrams, runbooks, playbooks and best‑practice documentation.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers and business stakeholders to support data pipelines and application deployments.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and handle incident tickets as part of the operations team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with core Azure services (Resource Manager, VMs/Scale Sets, Storage, Networking, Load Balancer, App Gateway, DNS, Private Link).
• 3 years of Windows or Linux system administration.
• 3 years of experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• 2 years of Terraform usage for infrastructure as code.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service.

• Azure Resource Manager, Virtual Machines, Scale Sets, Blob/Files storage, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, Private Link.
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Terraform (and optionally BICEP or ARM templates).
• Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions (YAML).
• Ansible configuration management.
• Kafka, MongoDB, Elasticsearch basics.
• Scripting with Bash, Shell or PowerShell.
