Cleanroom Technician

About the role

Avantor is seeking a Cleanroom Technician to perform day‑to‑day tasks in a controlled environment. You will ensure the integrity of the cleanroom by following strict procedures, supporting fabrication, assembly, and testing of components while maintaining safety and contamination standards.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with cleanroom regulations, operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Execute process steps for disposable product production, packaging, irradiation transport and final product finishing.
• Complete batch records accurately and perform required self‑inspections.
• Conduct daily cleaning and disinfection of the cleanroom area.
• Report any issues promptly and follow prescribed solutions.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the team leader.

Required profile

• Junior high school diploma or higher; hardworking and practical.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Previous cleanroom experience is preferred.
• Ability to read simple mechanical and product drawings.
• Experience in a tailor factory is a plus.
