Channel Manager – ASD IC (South Region)

About the role

The ASD IC Channel Manager will lead the development and management of 3M's ASD distribution channels across the South region of China, covering Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hubei and Hunan provinces. This role focuses on expanding new channels, optimizing point‑of‑sale (POS) performance, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing ASD channels in the South region, overseeing POS inventory, sell‑out, and data analysis.
• Identify and develop new distribution channels within the assigned provinces.
• Forecast demand and support the execution of market programs from the ASD home division.
• Provide product knowledge and selling‑skill training to distributors and DSRs through online and offline sessions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key distributors to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with field sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth of the ASD business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or distributor management, preferably in a sales environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret POS data and forecast demand.
• Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently across multiple provinces and travel as needed.
