CEO, AI Finance

About the role

ActAI builds proactive, AI-native applications for people who are not used to complex prompting, starting with an agent-first mobile communication app. Its CEO, AI Finance will build and own the company's AI-native finance business, identifying where AI can fundamentally improve how consumers manage money and building products across spending, saving, investing and other everyday financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap and business model.
• Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve user experience, cost or speed.
• Build AI-native financial products from concept through launch and scale.
• Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics and operating performance.
• Work closely with product, engineering and AI teams on product capabilities and user experience.
• Build the core team across product, technology, operations and commercial functions.
• Expand into new financial products and markets as the business grows.

Required profile

• Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services or technology products.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business or P&L.
• Experience building products and teams in high-growth technology environments.
• Hands-on operating style, able to work directly through product, AI capabilities, economics and customer problems.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of consumer finance, business models and unit economics.
• Strong product judgement and understanding of how AI can change existing financial workflows.
