About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to establish and grow our logistics business, overseeing the full order cycle to drive development, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Research new markets, identify customer needs, and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
- Create and promote products/services aligned with client objectives and prepare sales contracts.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices and provide after‑sales support.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with customers and partners.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
- Proven track record as a business development manager or sales executive.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Cargowise and Salesforce (highly desirable).
