Business Development Manager – China & Europe

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive strategic growth initiatives across Europe and China, acting as a vital bridge between the two regions. Based in China, you will work closely with the Business Development Director in Europe to identify and develop new opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that create long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and formulate strategies for business growth in Europe and China.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the overall business development strategy.
• Lead market‑trend analysis and translate insights into product roadmap recommendations.
• Identify prospective clients and design effective outreach initiatives.
• Develop project proposals that clearly articulate opportunities, steps, and phases.
• Act as the primary liaison between China and Europe teams, ensuring alignment on customer opportunities and business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese customers, turning their needs into actionable business opportunities.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to support opportunity development.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Team player able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple competing tasks.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent organization, planning, and time‑management abilities.
• High personal and professional ethical standards and integrity.
