Business Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Business Developer to drive revenue growth and shape the strategic direction of our automotive and software solutions. You will work closely with local automotive and non‑automotive customers, identifying market opportunities and presenting our cutting‑edge products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and secure sustainable business growth.
• Identify market opportunities, present and demonstrate products during the presales phase.
• Collaborate with automotive customers to unlock new revenue streams for emerging products.
• Monitor market trends in E‑Mobility, Automated Driving, Virtualization, SDV and feed insights into portfolio development.
• Participate in conferences, industry events and trade fairs to expand business relationships.
• Track competitor progress, product roadmaps and strategic shifts.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Electronics).
• Proven success in software, cloud or automotive environments, preferably in business development, international sales, project or product management.
• Over 3 years of R&D experience in OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers or tool vendors is a strong plus.
• Existing relationships with R&D teams of local OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers are advantageous.
• Strong customer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel frequently (over 50% of the time).
• Business‑fluent English, spoken and written.
