Brand Marketing Manager – Orijen

About the role

The Brand Marketing Manager for Orijen will shape the long‑term brand strategy and drive growth across markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a cross‑functional team to deliver innovative product and packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and define a 5‑year brand strategy.
• Lead the annual marketing plan, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Build and manage the brand innovation pipeline (product & packaging).
• Develop activation, communication, promotion, pricing, and launch plans.
• Monitor sales performance, adjust tactics, and ensure targets are met.
• Analyse domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Brand Management.
• Minimum 4 years of brand marketing experience in an international FMCG company.
• At least 2 years in a Brand Manager role.
• Strong project‑management, analytical, presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Professional fluency in English.
