Brand Manager – Fanta

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, business‑driven marketer to lead the Fanta brand in China. The role focuses on shaping brand strategy, driving growth, and delivering compelling consumer experiences across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand growth strategies, business plans and innovation initiatives to increase equity and market share.
• Own global brand architecture, adapt it to local insights, and ensure consistent consumer experiences.
• Lead end‑to‑end Fanta initiatives, aligning activation with business requirements.
• Introduce and champion social and e‑commerce initiatives to position Fanta as a social‑first brand.
• Collaborate with Creative, IMX, Frontline Marketing, Finance, R&D, bottler marketing and sales teams across regions.
• Monitor consumer, market and performance metrics, and drive swift actions based on insights.
• Perform additional duties as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• 6‑10 years of experience developing and executing brand strategies for leading B2C FMCG brands in China.
• Strong business analytics background (market share, shipment and channel performance).
• Proven experience in social media and e‑commerce marketing.
• Experience leading direct and indirect teams in multinational, cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, Chinese preferred.
