职位概况
负责在济南工厂引入并持续改进博世生产系统（BPS），通过系统CIP、点CIP和日常管理提升生产效率。
主要职责
- 在工厂内推广并优化BPS系统方法（系统CIP → 点CIP → 日常管理）。
- 组织并主持系统CIP研讨会，跟进系统CIP项目的落地实施。
- 协助价值流中的系统CIP项目，依据项目需求提供BPS工具培训，如VSM、VSA、VSD、5S、QCO、TPM、Pull系统、KPI树等。
- 在项目规划阶段依据PGL（Planning Guideline）提供支持。
任职要求
- 具备BPS（博世生产系统）或精益生产相关知识。
- 能够开展系统CIP项目的组织与实施工作。
必备技能
- 价值流程图（VSM）/价值流分析（VSA）/价值流设计（VSD）
- 5S现场管理
- 快速换型（QCO）
- 全员设备维护（TPM）
- 拉动系统（Pull system）
- KPI树构建
