职位概况
负责组织价值流系统CIP研讨会及Speed/Jishuken活动，提升部门BPS成熟度，推动制造执行相关的数字化转型。
主要职责
- 组织周期性的价值流系统CIP研讨会和Speed/Jishuken活动，提升BPS成熟度。
- 确保Point‑CIP执行效果与效率，加速问题解决与目标状态稳定。
- 观察、评估制造、物流、间接系统及流程现状，设计并实现未来状态。
- 主导BPS成熟度审核，推动BPS要素在部门内的执行、发展与优化。
- 协调IPN BPS benchmark学习培训资源，负责外部审核及最佳案例交流。
- 为工业4.0项目（AGV、RFID、MES、APP、Niv+等）提供BPS知识支撑。
任职要求
- 理工类相关专业（工业工程、物流/供应链管理等）本科以上学历。
- 3年汽车制造或精益生产相关工作经验，或具备相应实习经历者优先。
- 具备良好的学习、沟通、独立工作及跨部门协作能力。
- 良好的英语听说读写能力。
必备技能
- AGV（自动导引车）
- RFID（射频识别）
- MES（制造执行系统）
- APP（应用系统）
- Niv+（工业4.0平台）
