职位概况
亚马逊大连分部招聘日语客服代表，负责通过电话、在线聊天和邮件为客户提供订单、付款、网站使用等全方位支持。
主要职责
- 通过电话、在线聊天或邮件解答客户的日语咨询。
- 处理订单、产品、付款等问题并提供解决方案。
- 记录并跟踪客户问题，及时反馈给相关部门。
- 在轮班制下，确保6:00-23:30之间的客服覆盖。
任职要求
- 持有中国工作许可。
- 日语水平达到N1或同等水平，具备书面和口头沟通能力。
- 大专及以上学历（应届毕业生亦可）。
- 具备基本电脑操作经验，能够适应轮班和夜班。
- 能够接受早班、晚班、通宵、周末及加班安排。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公电脑进行信息录入和查询。
