职位概况
在亚马逊大连分部担任日语客服代表，提供电话、在线聊天和邮件等多渠道的客户支持，解决订单、产品、支付等问题。
主要职责
- 通过电话、聊天、邮件为客户提供全方位支持。
- 及时响应并处理客户投诉和意见。
- 在系统中准确记录问题及处理过程。
- 根据排班需求轮班工作，覆盖早班、晚班及通宵。
任职要求
- 持有中国工作许可。
- 日语N1或同等水平，具备书面和口头沟通能力。
- 大专及以上学历（含优秀应届毕业生）。
- 熟练使用电脑，能够适应轮班和夜班。
- 工作勤奋、注重细节、具备良好服务意识。
必备技能
- 日语沟通能力（N1）
