职位概况
亚马逊大连分部招聘日语客服代表，负责通过电话、在线聊天和邮件为客户提供订单、产品、付款等全方位支持。
主要职责
- 通过电话、在线聊天或邮件解答客户的订单、产品和付款等问题。
- 及时回复客户投诉和意见，确保在系统中准确记录并跟进。
- 根据轮班安排，提供早班、晚班、通宵及周末等多种班次的服务。
任职要求
- 持有中国工作许可。
- 具备日语N1或同等水平的书面及口头沟通能力。
- 大专及以上学历（含优秀应届毕业生）。
- 能够接受轮班、夜班及法定节假日工作。
必备技能
- 熟练使用电脑进行日常工作。
