职位概况
负责电池管理系统（BMS）的验证工作，制定测试策略与计划，确保系统功能符合项目需求。
主要职责
- 根据项目进度制定BMS测试策略、计划及规格。
- 在HiL平台上完成硬件/软件集成、功能与耐久性测试。
- 编写自动化测试脚本，执行测试并进行数据与缺陷分析。
- 撰写并发布测试报告，协同全球研发团队进行问题定位与调试。
任职要求
- 电气或电子工程硕士学历。
- 至少3年BMS或VCU测试/开发经验。
- 熟悉HiL测试平台（如ETAS、ECU‑Test）。
- 具备独立负责验证项目的能力。
- 良好的英文读写及沟通能力。
必备技能
- BMS核心功能（状态机、预测保护、故障诊断等）。
- HiL平台使用与自动化脚本编写（CANoe、ETAS）。
- 熟悉CAN协议。
- 编程语言：C、Python、CAPL。
- Matlab/Simulink建模与仿真。
