职位概况
我们正在寻找具备日语沟通能力的资深项目经理，负责自动驾驶或Autosar相关项目的全流程管理，确保项目按时交付并满足质量要求。
主要职责
- 制定项目计划、跟踪进度、协调资源并进行风险管理。
- 作为日方客户的主要接口，深度理解业务需求并转化为内部执行计划。
- 主导项目立项、启动、执行、监控及收尾，组织例会并编写项目状态报告（中文/日语）。
- 协调系统、算法、软件、测试等跨职能团队，解决资源冲突与协作障碍。
- 管理项目预算与成本，监控支出确保在预算范围内完成目标。
- 识别、评估并持续监控项目风险，制定应对预案并推动关键问题解决。
- 维护客户关系，管理客户期望，处理反馈与变更需求，提升客户满意度。
任职要求
- 具备项目管理经验，能够使用中文和日语进行有效沟通。
- 熟悉自动驾驶或Autosar领域的项目运作流程。
