Senior Data Analyst (DM-全国)

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst (DM) leads data analysis initiatives across multiple clinical projects, ensuring delivery according to SOPs, best practices and timelines. The role collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders to design and implement data‑driven solutions that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and procedural leadership to the data analyst team, ensuring compliance with SOPs and programming best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data science solutions and scope analysis efforts for various projects.
• Gather study requirements, perform data extraction, integration, transformation and produce dashboards, visualisations, listings and reports.
• Design and develop prototypes and final versions of data outputs using business intelligence and visualisation tools.
• Mentor team members, deliver training on data visualisation platforms and act as subject‑matter expert.
• Identify project risks, maintain documentation and represent the data analysis group in internal and external meetings.

Required profile

• Graduate in information science, data science, life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior data science/analysis role within a pharmaceutical company, CRO or EDC software provider.
• Strong knowledge of clinical study data structures and EDC database schemas.
• Experience mentoring and training others, with awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
