Audit Associate – Dalian

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Audit Associate to join its Dalian office. You will work with a diverse portfolio of multinational and listed companies, applying Deloitte’s risk‑based audit methodology to help clients achieve their business objectives while managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with stakeholders and understand their business needs.
• Apply audit tools, guidance and methodology to deliver high‑quality audit work.
• Follow a structured approach and adhere to the project plan.
• Conduct core risk assessments and incorporate industry background into audit procedures.
• Collaborate effectively within the engagement team to deliver audit deliverables on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline; accounting preferred.
• 1‑2 years of audit experience in a CPA firm, preferably a Big 4.
• Professional certifications such as CICPA, HKICPA or other CPA designations are desirable.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS and/or HK GAAP, with IPO‑related experience.
• Proactive use of data‑analytics tools to improve audit quality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Team‑oriented, mature, and willing to travel as needed.
