About the role

Join Mastercard’s Launch Graduate Program as an Associate Specialist in Product Management. Over an 18‑month rotation you will work on a commercialized product, supporting its evolution, go‑to‑market strategy and P&L management while gaining cross‑functional experience in a global payments leader.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing user data, flagging inconsistencies and contextual biases.
• Learn product stakeholder priorities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Engage with key stakeholders, ask probing questions and capture business requirements.
• Build and nurture cross‑cultural peer networks within the organization.
• Develop an understanding of Mastercard’s payments value chain and how value is created at each step.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify major business issues and stakeholder impacts.
• Take ownership of tasks, ensure timely completion and keep the team informed of progress.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and incremental product enhancements.
