Vice President, Products and Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead product and solution strategy for its Consumer Credit portfolio in Greater China. The role focuses on driving transaction volume, profitable revenue growth, and delivering differentiated affluent‑card experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Mastercard’s competitive positioning and product innovation for consumer credit in the region.
• Develop, source, and manage affluent experiential benefits and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Oversee product life‑cycle management for existing core and affluent programs.
• Incorporate customer planning and innovation requirements into product prioritisation.
• Coordinate with global product teams to balance global standards with local market needs.
• Monitor competitive products and industry trends, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and external partners to ensure alignment with customer‑focused strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in consumer credit product development and management.
• Strong track record of delivering innovative, customer‑centric solutions in the payments or financial services sector.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work across global and regional teams and influence cross‑functional partners.
