Associate Online Marketing Manager

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end premium e‑commerce strategy and execution for HOKA’s consumer‑facing digital touchpoints across Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, WeChat Mini Programs and other key platforms. You will own brand consistency in the e‑commerce territory, collaborating with brand marketing, internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors to deliver compelling omnichannel content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific content plans aligned with seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Oversee creation of all consumer‑facing assets, including digital advertising creatives, on‑site content, product visuals and video content.
• Ensure all e‑commerce marketing deliveries are consistent with global brand guidelines.
• Analyze platform analytics (Tmall databank, Douyin Creator Center) to continuously improve click‑through, conversion rates and ROI.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce operations to synchronize content with inventory, promotions and sales goals.
• Manage e‑commerce investment for asset creation and act as the hub for brand assets.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Chinese e‑commerce ecosystem and its major platforms.
• Ability to translate global brand campaigns into locally resonant digital executions.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience optimizing performance metrics such as CPM, CPC and conversion.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
