Assistant/Associate/Full Professor – Tenure-Track Faculty

About the role

Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University is seeking tenured or tenure‑track faculty members at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level. The position is full‑time and focuses on teaching and scholarship within the Schwarzman Scholars program.

Key responsibilities

• Teach core and elective courses in global affairs, leadership, and China for the Schwarzman Scholars program.
• Develop and contribute to the curriculum in collaboration with other faculty members.
• Lead or participate in teaching required courses on leadership, global affairs, and Chinese political economy.
• Engage in research and publish scholarly work related to China and international studies.

Required profile

• Strong record of teaching, research, and publications.
• Doctoral degree in public policy, political science, economics, international relations, history, or a related field.
• Fluency in English for teaching, research, and communication.
• Cross‑cultural knowledge and prior teaching experience are strongly preferred.
