Assistant Growth Marketing Manager – Google Performance

About the role

CASETiFY is looking for an Assistant Growth Marketing Manager to lead its Google performance engine. The role focuses on developing and executing a global Google marketing strategy that drives new customer acquisition and strengthens brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end Google performance campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of large‑scale, multi‑country Google Ads accounts, including budget pacing and bid management.
• Lead continuous A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages and audience signals to improve conversion rates.
• Analyse GA4 and other user data to provide actionable insights and identify regional growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to produce high‑performing visual assets for YouTube and Display.
• Stay updated on Google product road‑maps and industry trends to scale performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years hands‑on managing Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment.
