Area Security Manager, Greater China

About the role

As the Area Security Manager for Greater China, you will lead the development and execution of security strategies that protect our people, products, and facilities across multiple locations. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure security initiatives align with corporate policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the operational security program for the assigned region.
• Ensure all security activities comply with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and oversee physical security, executive protection, and security audit processes.
• Coordinate hiring, contracting, and payment for security and legal service providers, including purchase order control.
• Monitor, report, and investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and abuse of trust at the national level.
• Supervise documentation and procedures related to legal complaints.
• Analyze regional security risks and vulnerabilities, providing recommendations for mitigation.
