AI-enabled Financial Risk Modeling Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Manager to join our Modelling & Risk Advisory team within Audit & Assurance. The role sits at the intersection of financial advisory, quantitative modelling and AI‑enabled transformation, helping clients improve the robustness, transparency and governance of their financial and risk models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of modelling engagements, including valuation, credit and market risk analytics, model validation and model audit support.
• Assess model design, methodology, assumptions and limitations for compliance with IFRS, US GAAP and regulatory expectations.
• Evaluate and strengthen model risk‑management frameworks, documentation, validation and monitoring processes.
• Integrate AI tools such as large language models, automation workflows, data‑extraction and model‑review tools into project delivery.
• Design AI‑assisted workflows for model review, documentation testing and analytical procedures.
• Build and maintain client relationships within financial institutions and corporates, supporting proposal development and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Coach and develop senior analysts and analysts, driving quality standards and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, risk analytics, model validation or model audit within a professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engagements, manage client expectations and mentor junior staff.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical outputs into clear business insights.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and regulatory model‑governance standards.
• Experience with valuation, credit risk, market risk and ECL analytics.
• Proficiency in AI‑enabled tools: large language models, automation workflows, data extraction and model review platforms.
• Model validation and independent model review techniques.
