AI Agent Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI/GenAI solutions within Bosch’s engineering division in Suzhou. The role involves collaborating with internal customers to explore use cases, translate requirements into technical specifications, and ensure successful delivery of AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions using defined frameworks and technologies.
• Explore AI use cases in engineering by working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Analyse AI/GenAI case requirements and hand‑over to technical teams.
• Lead agile development teams to deliver AI/GenAI projects on schedule.
• Deploy AI/GenAI solutions while adhering to global technical standards.
• Implement AI‑related infrastructure for both local and global engineering environments.
• Coordinate technical synergy and collaboration with the global AI team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, data analytics, AI algorithms or a related field.
• Proven experience with AI agents, including relevant frameworks and tools.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑cultural environment.
