AI Agent Engineer – Generative AI (ME)

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for an AI Agent Engineer to lead the technical design and implementation of AI/GenAI solutions within the engineering domain. You will work closely with internal customers to explore AI use cases and translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions that meet global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI/GenAI technical design and implementation using defined frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to explore and define AI use cases in engineering.
• Analyze AI/GenAI case requirements and hand‑off to technical teams.
• Drive agile development within AI/GenAI project teams and ensure project success.
• Deploy AI/GenAI solutions while adhering to global technical standards.
• Implement AI‑related infrastructure for local and global engineering needs.
• Coordinate technical synergy and project collaboration with the global AI team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, data analytics, AI algorithms or related fields.
• Experience with AI agents, including relevant frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Databricks.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (cloud platforms, containerisation).
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working in cross‑cultural environments.
