职位概况
负责ADAS全场景功能项目的需求全生命周期管理、问题闭环以及敏捷开发流程，确保项目按时高质量交付。
主要职责
- 使用IBM Doors进行需求录入、分层拆解、版本管控和基线维护。
- 搭建需求追溯体系，协调产品、算法、硬件、测试等团队。
- 统筹需求变更，推动跨部门执行，维护需求数据库并输出报告。
- 负责项目全周期问题收集、分类、跟踪与闭环，制定风险预案。
- 担任Sprint Master，规划迭代、跟进进度、组织评审与复盘，优化敏捷流程。
任职要求
- 本科及以上，计算机、软件工程、车辆工程等相关专业。
- 1-3年ADAS或车载自动驾驶领域的需求管理、问题管理或敏捷项目经验。
- 熟练使用IBM Doors，熟悉RM、QG合规流程。
- 具备Problem Management体系实践经验。
- 掌握敏捷开发模式，具备Sprint Master实操经验。
