ACOLS13 Internship – Support to Management

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to support a manager or team within Airbus' final assembly operations in Tianjin. You will assist with operational, planning and organisational tasks while gaining insight into compliance and integrity standards in a leading aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support a manager or team with day‑to‑day operational, planning and organisational tasks.
• Assist in preparing reports, schedules and documentation.
• Identify potential compliance risks and ensure actions align with company integrity standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes within the final assembly environment.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme, preferably in business, engineering or related fields.
• Strong interest in supporting management functions and learning about aerospace operations.
• Demonstrated integrity and awareness of compliance considerations.
